We recently bought a used Nissan Murano at Napleton and Brian O'Hare was the salesman that assisted us. He told me you hired him, so I thought you would be interested to know that we think you made a good choice. Brian was very professional, he was patient and kind no matter how many questions I asked. He was very accomodating with our requests. We had to wait several weeks after we made a downpayment to pick up the car. He told us exactly what we needed to complete the sale. We live in NC and decided to make a trip to Chicago for a few days and pick up the car as we were leaving. He met us at The Museum of Science and Industry at our request to deliver the car. In the heat and exhaust fumes of the garage, he explained everything we needed to know about the car. He even gave us money to pay for parking as we left. The car was beautiful and was just as advertised. Brian called us today to make sure we made it home and ask if we had any questions. We are very pleased with our purchase and with the excellent treatment we received from Brian. In a world where people are quick to complain, we wanted to let you something positive. Your dealership sold a quality car in an excellent manner. Although we live far from the dealership, we wouldn't hesitate to do business with Napleton again and would definitely request Brian.
